Staying healthy in Ghana, just do the obvious, #Simple

So I lived in Ghana after I had lived in Nigeria, and so when I travelled to live in Ghana I was already vaccinated for the region. The text below is the official advice from the UK Government website on what you should do regarding protecting yourself ahead of any trip to Ghana. And of…

The Sounds of Ghana: Stephane Benson, khai, one sexy mama.

It must be said that this Ghanaian musician really should come with a “government health warning, or at the very least, an X rating. The girl is hot and boy, she knows it. But as well as being the cheekiest of the Ghanaian musicians, it must be said, this girl can rock a fine tune….

My name was Kofi, I am a Friday born !

The best example of Ghanaian names and being named relating to the day you were born is myself. One of the first things I learned was about the names and so I looked up which day I was born on. Their football crazy, and in truth it’s all about The Arsenal !

The unofficial number one club in Ghana is clearly The Arsenal. They certainly have the most organised and dedicated supporters club. And the supporters club that is the most active and even socially involved. The GhanaArsenal supporters club is an excellent example of how clubs should be run and operated and is a fine example of how football clubs can reach and interact with fans from around the world.

The simple truth for me is that Rugby is not my game. Okay so I was forced to play it back home in Ireland for a year or so. Something to do with being big boned I guess. And sure, like most sports I was better than average at it.
