My life in Accra : a photo gallery

So who says I did not eat the local food, na lie lie. The local food in Accra is an acquired taste. Some of it will never sit right with me. But a lot of it was more than okay. I remember, will never forget, the first time I ate Waakye in the market at Mokolo. The look on the locals face when I ordered my food from the street seller. Her face was a wonderful picture of genuine surprise, and delight. Equally, the way she inflated the price just because it was an Obroni buying the food.
